Waterproof + breathable = expensive, but worth every penny to prevent your undercarriage from becoming swampier than Ed Orgeron’s fishin’ hole

Grudens, they are 100% and not breathable. However, these are 100% waterproof, will keep you dry, and they come in orange or white.

the best "athletic" rain gear is made for golfers

meaning somewhat lightweight and pliable. Search golf shop sites.
best heavy duty is for hunters/deep-sea fishermen, I would guess. May be a bit more than what you are looking for.

Bought one from Harbor Freight for under 10 bucks for ACCCG! Worked like a champ and brought it home for next go round!
