Hi all,

I'm "francismariontiger", I don't post in the lunge much although I've been around TNet for awhile. I don't post much in general, but when I have it's usually football, basketball, or politics. There is another "Francis Marion" but I arrived first. I think he's probably a better poster though. He and TBalm are funny dudes.

The thread header is a reference to a Grateful Dead song called "The Other One", it kinda became Bob Weir's thing since Jerry Garcia got most of the attention in the public eye. Since there are two "Francis Marions" I thought the song was fitting. Francis Marion is Jerry Garcia and I am Bob Weir in this scenario. I'm the "other one".

My username is in reference to my alma mater. We didn't have a football team, so go Clemson! I actually grew up a fan. My first ever college football game was at Billy B stadium where the Tigers busted out orange britches on the road for the first time and put a 45-0 beat down on chickens. Over the years I've had a lot of family (sister and cousins) attend Clemson and my wife got her Masters from Clemson.

I guess that's it for now, may try to hang around here more this year.
