Yep don’t need to see her resume. She meets all qualifications per the job description.

Preference based on color and lower performance or requirements based on color is bad. I am sure this type of thing has already proliferated universities were people are admitted and/or pushed through based on melanin, v@gina status, or other victimhood element. What university professor wants to be called a racist for failing a black female?

In the long run this works against the individual that white democrat politicians are trying to help. Ultimately, the workforce is about meritocracy and delivering a product or service someone is willing to pay for. And, companies must make a profit to stay in business (unlike the gubment). Workers must contribute to the bottom line.

What will happen is some graduates whose grades have been inflated or that have graduated from respected universities cannot cut it in private industry. That is, they cannot perform tasks at all or not as well as others. Their co-workers will know this long before managers. The people not pulling their weight will be looked down upon by the others (which is true regardless of gender/race status). They end up having a negative work experience (for them and the employer). Some will end up in government where you can get by and be promoted even with low performance.

Replying to my own post, but this article posted by Tulsa is right on and relevant - basically makes the same point as me, but in a more elegant form.

It's very hard for a non-Ivy League judge to ascend to the home of over-educated, so-called elite judges, picked by pompous elites in the Senate who look down on their accomplishments! I hope she gets the spot. The court needs down to earth candidates, just like America needed a non-politician (Trump) to shake up the landscape and go to bat for the little guys!

Good point. Getting away from the Ivy League would be a good thing.
