working under me at the office who both admire and look up to me as a mentor. It is a lot like raising children, you have to show each an equal amount of your attention or the other will begin to get jealous. When they admire you this much and begin to fight, it can become hurtful and you fear one of them may leave you. This is why I have to constantly stroke egos at the office. But the trap I always fall into is wanting to stroke one more than the other, and that gets me into hot water. I hope you guys do not have this problem, it is not as glamorous as it may seem.

His knee got pinched on the rail and I jumped in to help. We hit it off immediately when I told him what a big fan of butterflies and moths I was. I spent some time with him at his dad’s house. He was a tailor and a dang good one, though I always felt he spent too much time in the crotch area.
