5 have gone to Colorado from FSU.

FSU guys, y’all think Deion belongs in Talahassee? And if he does good, do you think he builds his own powerhouse at Colorado or does he come “home”?

This is to say that Colorado actually gets better.

Colorado had 49 transfers after their spring game last I knew. That is 21 more transfers than the next highest of 28, this was a West school like San Diego St. or Arizona. I think they said Prime only had like 23 schollie players after spring game. I couldn't imagine losing 28players in one season and 49 is absurd but the AD is standing behind Prime saying he expected him to get the right players for his program. Crazy! Guess Prime isn't loved by all!!

then it's a good thing.

However, I have to think there are were solid kids that transferred out that he should have encouraged to stay around and stick it out and see what happens.

That said, if he gets 15-25 players from the transfer portal in that are all better than any of the 49 that left, then it's been a nice start.


In 1-2 years, he could have built a nice roster.


However.....this year.....pfft, good luck getting through the season. You're gonna need some of those kids throughout the season when injuries start to mount.

.... maybe. The others were 3rd team or lower.

How upset would you be if your 10th best LB hit the transfer portal and went to Colorado?

Deion is making his team better. But, he's not making it good enough to win at the P5 level. (4-8 is better, but that ain't what he's selling.)
