On Wccp, and whoever is on just said the only baseball player in his thirty years of being aware of baseball, that is a top 10 all time player was Barry bonds. I can name a few without really thinking. Chipper, jeter, Rivera, and Griffey just to name a few. What is he smoking?!?!?

Jeter is not top 10 all time. Wasn't even beat shortstop on Yankees...not was Rivera. Good players but not too 10.

are top 20. Bonds probably could be in that category. Jeter is about the same as Robbie Alomar. Jeter has slightly elevated numbers bc he played for the best teams money could buy. So alomar is probably better than Jeter IMO. Rivera you could say is in the top 50. Top 10 of the closers for sure. Griffey was on his way at being top 10 but couldn't stay off the injured list. But then again Bonds blatantly cheated so his numbers are tainted by about 150 HRs 200 RBI's.. but he was really good even before that. So I think he could be top 10 if you blindly looked past his cheating.
Thats a hard question and woudl take alot of researched to nail it down.
