Isn't looking too promising for Saturday or Sunday. Could potentially see rest of tournament get cancelled, which if so means Wake gets ACC autobid for NCAAT (& will probably officially be named the league champ as result).

Really hope the weather cooperates b/c I think our boys could really win the ACC title if this thing gets to play out to the finish

They’re discussing potentially moving one game to Boshamer Stadium in Chapel Hill while keeping the other in Durham

Tourney getting rained out only benefits us. No potential for a loss to derail our momentum and would save us from burning up anymore arms. Every projection has us securely in the top 8 seeds in the NCAA Tournament.

tourney is rained out Sat/Sunday that the tourney title goes to the team with the best pod record with seed being the tiebreaker. If that is true, then Clemson would win the ACCT if WF loses to ND later today.

Will be interesting to see how WF approaches tonight if that is the case as ND is playing to make the NCAAT as most projections have them the last team in or first team out currently.

Kinda assumed they'd go regular season #1 (like they did in MBB when they cancelled 2020 tournament in the middle of it).

Definitely changes the dynamic for the ND-WF game. Obviously a must win for the Irish since they're on the bubble. Wake probably couldn't be blamed for taking game off under that circumstance since they've already in semis. But if the tournament is in danger of being rained out, I could see Wake wanting to win tonight so they get the official ACC title after the season they've had.

Either way, believe would be very unsatisfying way to "win" ACC title for whoever gets it.

If Wake loses tonight and then we'd be champions if the tournament is rained out. So go you Lugubrious Leprechauns!
