We are taking into consideration the caliber of the man hired. Doren has a better resume... can’t blame UT for trying to snag the best resumes person when on their third offer.

And that’s with a veteran laden team this year that still lost 4 games. He did well at northern Illinois. That’s it.

Morris would be able to recruit at Tennessee. Doeren can’t recruit better than Butch. At the end of the day who cares about UT. I’d just like to see Morris get a real shot. Maybe he gets it at Texas AM.?

Yes, he will march UT 8-4 expecations well. Won't do any better than Butch. I would not be a happy Vol.

Disagree, Doeren is underrated. He has done very well with limited talented at NCState. And like it or not, they are a hard nosed team that plays to the whistle. He would do great with the right staff there.
