TheRump knew he would lose to Biden in 2018. That's why TheRump tried to bribe the President of the Ukraine into starting a fictitious criminal case against Biden. (Even crooked Bill Barr admitted that there was no evidence of illegal acts by the Bidens in the Ukraine.)
When that plan didn't work for TheRump, he immediately switched to the fraudulent voting speeches. And TheRump scared the gullible cultists with THE BIG LIE for a high turn-out, but a much-bigger turn-out of NeverTrumpers.
(And THE BIG LIE backfired by TheRump directly costing the GOP 2 US Senate seats from GA with his BIG LIE. He's an idiot.)

Meanwhile, more than half of TheRump supporters still believe his BIG LIE that has been denied by most logical Pubs and the NSA.
In Michigan, the GOP-dominated Senate did an investigation of voting-fraud in that state and determined there was none. Their report also said that criminal charges should be taken against those persons that pushed THE BIG LIE about the Michigan voting for the main purpose of bilking GOPers out of money that was then deposited into personal bank accounts. (TheRump may be indicted in Michigan based upon the recommendation of the GOP-controlled state senate. To go with indictments in GA and NY.)
Meanwhile, poor cultist idiots are still financing the outlandishly expensive lifestyle of the TheRumps, with their monthly contributions.
