open and then how they're prepared to eat. Why is it that pecans (puh-khans, not pee-cans you rednecks) always suck when they're roasted? I could but them out of the shell and eat them raw all day, but roasted they just taste nassy. Do any of you mongrels actually enjoy roasted pecans?
