Way too late……That should have been done for the Notre Dame game. Could have put Cade in for a couple of series to run the option with Shipley. Would have possibly changed the momentum in the game.

He's the best backup. Did you see the spring game? And no they won't play Cade because he has told the coaches he was portal bound. ( no inside info. just my gut.)

Agreed and first play should be a handoff to Shipley into the A gap. They will never see that coming.
