You should probably clarify if you are speaking of things you "do" right outside of work, like in the parking lot, or if you simply mean "when you are not at work".
It's a pretty important distinction when it comes to whether or not your employer should care.

Well, we caught a couple "consultants" we hired doing it in the parking lot one time in his pick-up truck. I don't think they considered that as being outside of work. All I know is they weren't there the next day.

The questions are asked by the plaintiffs legal team not DW4's. They will often come across as aggressive, get the defendant to talk excessively to defend themselves and then sit back and record. The key is to let them talk their way into trouble. Think about every question before opening your mouth and never provide more information that what is requested.

Some of these women were trying to live in the gray area between masseuse and #####. Now they're looking for a payday.
All the folks doing the 'Me too' virtue-signaling over this situation don't want to acknowledge that.
However, this does not excuse DW4 for being a complete dumbarse for getting himself in this situation.

Yeah I’m sorry but he may not have by definition sexually assaulted any of these girls but I do feel he had intentions to get something out of these massages. But that doesn’t make him a criminal either. Just making bad decisions.

Grand jury proceedings in criminal court are sealed. This is a deposition given in a civil case so it is not sealed unless the Judge issues a gag order. This was done earlier when DW4 could have claimed protections under the 5th as his criminal proceedings were still ongoing. Now that they have failed to indict the protections are removed and he would be in contempt if he doesn't answer. His lawyers did a terrible job of preparing him for the depositions. He should have been practicing in front of a camera with a new and aggressive lawyer posing questions and a simulated court reporter. After getting $230M I think he might decide to part with <10% and offer each of the 22 $1M. The lawyer will get ~$300K per and each alleged victim will get $700K. The legal vernacular is "buying peace" without admitting guilt.

I just watched the video. If I were Deshaun, I would not pay a penny in settlement money before trial.
At worst case, Deshaun has a weird way of dating behind his girlfriend’s back. What he tried to accomplish is no different than the NFL players with their sports cars and high end restaurants. If he had forced a woman to do something against her will, Deshaun would be facing charges. Two grand juries did not find criminal conduct. And the driving 30 mins across town for an appointment? That is nothing. I bet every woman on a potential jury drives that far to get her hair done.
Buzbee is representing the victims in the Astroworld tragedy. Let’s see how much longer he stays with this sham of a civil suit.
