I read this in one of the original family statements.

"Dave Willock also told Towers the family had no plans to sue the school and that Georgia has been assisting the family following the events of this past Sunday."

There is no way this resolves without further damages inflicted on the parties involved.

Prayers for healing to all the families.

Lawsuits from the families are the least of UGA's concerns

It's just money. They can easily afford to pay them off.

However, an investigation that could lead to other investigations is their all-time biggest nightmare. There is no telling how many other morally and financially improper activities they have had in place for who knows how long.
