I think it’s good if it stays peaceful.

I truly believe those protesting George Floyd’s death last week were peaceful. They turned violent once ANTIFA anarchists provoked everything into a rage and then opportunists looted. I would be extremely surprised & disappointed if a group of college students mimicked that.

That's great! I am proud of all the players also I'm proud of everyone participating!

He is the leader and the whole locker room is his now if it wasn’t before.

I think it’s important he’s involved and think it’s a nail in the coffin for the Ohio states and Alabamas of the world.

I hope you don't mean he's going into politics.

I don't agree with all this protesting nonsense but I do respect everyone's right to PEACEFULLY protest. Good luck.

will be a blueprint for what a peaceful, yet effective protest should look like. But, at the same time, I am jaded enough to believe that there are outside militant agitators just waiting and chomping at the bit to turn it into something else altogether. I pray for a peaceful, nonviolent demonstration.

Proud of Lawrence and the other leaders ...

One funny aside ... reading the article's comments (always a source of humor), I ran across one that said "If there's a microphone, Dabo will be there".

Love some Dabo, but that is so true.

I think a peaceful protest is fine and admirable, if it indeed turns out to be that way. I just hope agitators don't show up and turn it into something else. Rest assured the media would be there to broadcast it if that should happen. I hope the players take necessary precautions being around so many people.

I think thats his role on the team so he needs to embrace it. Dabo being there would be a good idea as well.

We support our Tigers on the field and off the field. My dad use to tell me that he may not always agree with what I do, but he will always be there to support me anyway.

Work commitment and 12 hour drive make it difficult to coordinate logistically.

Very proud of their collective leadership.

They have adopted a “change starts with me” mentality.

Please do not post David Hale BS on here. He does not deserve the clicks. He has ran his own smear campaign against Dabo and Clemson the last 2 weeks. Subject AWESOME, author a$$hat.

I think it’s great.

Trevor is a leader, and this is a cause that is important to many of his teammates. I’m proud of him.

I hope the players feel that they are making a difference and that their voices are being heard.
