LOL. The Peter Principle is that if promotions are made on the basis of prior performance, everyone will eventually be promoted to their own level of incompetence. Is Streeter the opposite? Incompetent as a QB? Incompetent as a QB coach? Just keep promoting him and maybe he'll eventually be competent?
