Got my season tickets today, but not the extra kickoff package (SC State and South Carolina). Do those come separately?

I'm not asking about away games, I know those come later. Curious about the kickoff package, home games of SCState and South Carolina? Not sure why they didn't come in the mail with the regular season tickets.
