Out of the last 3 years I'm going to list a few recruits we almost had. Pick 3-4 that you really wish we had of gotten to commit,
Mount Adams(Auburn)
Carl Lawson (Auburn)

Tramel Terry(Georgia)
Dalvin Cook(FSU)
Demarcus Walker(FSU)
Ronald Darby (FSU)
Robert Nkemdiche(Ole Miss)
Demarcus Robinson(Florida)
I will go first. I would take Adams, Fuller, Cook, and Lawson.
This is not to say I don't like our team. Just looking at potential guys we almost had or recruited.

Most people forget that if Coach Howard had gotten Csonka, for at least two years (frosh were ineligible then) he would have had Buddy Gore at TB and Larry Csonka at FB, running behind All-American tackle (and future NFL lineman) Wayne Mass, and All-American guard Harry Olszewski. I could see that being a very special ground and pound team!

Think we were in the running for Tebow, but already had a commitment from Willy Korn. Anyone remember this more clearly than I do, it's fuzzy in my head.

Darby and Terry for sure. Former Clemson player told me Julius Peppers was close to coming to Clemson, that would have been fun.

Your choices are good ones. I do suspect that Auburn will soon find the NCAA at their door soon. They are the most sanctioned program in the country, and they are riding high now and think they are bullet proof. Hammer time.

I know we're supposed to hate on Clowny by default by be honest here. That may very well have vaulted Clemson to the top having gained just those two pieces. That's where FSU has gained the edge. They landed that type of talent. Troubles off field could be neutralized in Clemson.
