with age: I am a fan of the TV series NCIS: Los Angeles. An older actor had a recurring role at times as Agent "G" Callen's spy type Russian father. I was flabbygasted yesterday to read and realize that this is the same guy who used to play Captain Frank Furillo on the old cop series "Hill Street Blues".
His name is Daniel J. Travanti.Even now KNOWING that is who he is, his appearance has physically changed so much, it is mime bottling.

Mime bottling is much harder than it used to be.
I credit it to obesity rates in this country.
It's also a lot harder to find a mime in general because everybody wants their opinions to be heard.
These are tough times.

67 degrees Fahrenheit year round the aging process slows tremendously. Several times I've had people ask me if my father is Francis Marion, and they are genuinely surprised to find out that I am actually Francis Marion, I just still look really great.

You never really know how someone looks until you see them in sunlight. The pictures you see above are after make-up and lighting. Sure he is older and has changed in 40 years. However, a good make-up and lighting team can make Lizzo look ripped....

and it’s getting difficult to look into the mirror more & more!
1st Noticed it in a new drivers license pic at age 76+ in 2017 and shockingly my eyes looked old & tired and not lively & smiling..
not much unlike the actor’s tired & dead-looking eyes in pic shown above.
Disappointing to say the least but that ladder fall in 2016 that broke my back, right wrist, elbow & rotor cup tear must have started the slide.
Still, I keep going with inward enthusiasm, staying thin with diet & exercise, doing work & chores with decent gusto, dreaming for more fun & adventure thru touring & visiting museums & coastal places more locally than regionally..researching & reading many unknown topics online..being on & posting on TigerNet..writing or sending friends articles or topics that might interest them too..reading diet/health books..etc.
Add in a little free or cheap boon-docking type camper van travel and coastal water boating and all’s good.
Go TiGERS!

Now I’m almost exhausted just reading about all your activities.No, not really. I keep busy walking the dog, exercising at the gym, playing poker and other card games, reading, not as much as in earlier years, and keeping up with political issues. Recently my doctor told me that I was the most active 92 year old patient he had.
