The one thing I have been impressed with the last few years

is the steady performance of the bus drivers as they make the trek around the North Stands. We've had some big games in the Valley the last few years... FSU, SCU, UGA, etc... but they've never let the "moment" be too big for them.
It doesn't matter if it's been a statement game on national TV, or a games we should win vs. WF, Cuse, or BC... they have maneuvered those two right turns without so much as a hiccup. The pressure has never been to great for them, and they have remained steady, rather than spastic... even when fans lined the streets and the turns seemed almost impossible. I, for one, think they have earned their keep.
(btw - I have a CDL, so I feel qualified to make this post)

It would be funny if one of them panicked and made a left.

conservative in their approach, not going vertical enough. Maybe some different suspensions under the chassis, some revving of the motors. Plus use the width of the road more, kind of spreading the road so to speak. But they're young and they'll come around, and hey, when you can trust the crowd why push things when you know the crowd will deliver and stand back?

Imagine how embarrassing it would be to see the bus sideswiping cars coming around that last turn and mooshing pedestrians against the satellite relay trucks? ESPN would never let us live that down and would probably replay it ad nauseum for the rest of the season.

last year and I was telling him the same thing. You can never tell if they are nervous or not. We even watched it a second time and he paid close attention to how detailed the drivers were.

We looked for it and could not locate one. He figured they were like Hansel and Gretal, they just followed the streets lined with intelligent people all wearing orange.
