warranty but I don't think it is sturdy enough for your task. Dewalt makes good stuff, I like my side grinder and skill saw from them.

on the auger a couple of times. Some of the new fence posts are near an established tree line, so we had ALOT of roots to contend with. The auger is actually fine.

going down and the tractor cannot get it back up. In that case you dis-engage the PTO, rock the tractor back and forth, put posts up under the PTO, try to pry it up, swear alot, kick some dirt, dig out a little dirt, etc. This method worked all weekend.
Digging holes by hand is effing difficult, especially in my DRY backyard.

Probably a great drill for the money, but how often do you expect major projects like the fence?
Might be a great deal, or maybe you need to look a little higher end.

would just be for little stuff...well, until I build a building to house all my tools, bike, lawnmower, and stack of Playboys about 6 feet high.
This is why $100 sounds good to me. This feels like the break point of getting a good drill to use without getting into professional grade expensive crap. I don't want to go too cheap though, because my last one was cheap and it was evident.

I've got a brushless 20V Dewault

It's so much lighter and smaller than my old Craftsman 24V, made putting up pickets a lot easier. I also got the cordless circular saw, which is sweet. The batteries are interchangeable and last a long time. I would buy again.
