A&M might be on bubble now. I knew Buzz was going to turn that program around eventually. I believe he is in his third year there now.

#1 seeded Illinois also lost in Big 10 tourney to Indiana today.

I missed this game but I've watched Auburn several times this season. They won't win the NCAA tournament because their offense goes stagnant far too often. Jabari Smith will do well at the next level, but he's not a player that can take over games by himself. They depend a lot on guard play to generate points.

Their defense is elite. Often when their offense crashes and burns, they will make the opposing offense do the same and their games can be very tough to watch.

Prediction: They will make the Sweet 16 but won't advance further because their guards will go cold from the outside.

and it's obvious why Auburn lost: KD Johnson went 0-14 and didn't score a point and Zep Jasper went 2-8.

Both of these guys are very streaky shooters and an offense based purely on outside shooting doesn't have a chance when guard play is that pathetic.

They were lucky to lose by only 5 points.
