Just Remember Football and the Pain Will Go Away

Mar 13, 2019, 5:47 PM

About 5 years ago, as a 1976 graduate, I set 3 goals that I would like to see our athletic program achieve before I die. They are: (1) win another national championship in football; (2) win the ACC Tournament in basketball; and (3) win a basketball game in Chapel Hell [sic]. In light of winning 2 national championships in football, I hereby withdraw my other 2 goals and hereby state that I am grateful for what we have. Today's game hurt, but the pain dissipates faster in light of the football accomplishments the last 5 years, and the anticipation of more to come! Go Tigers!

The way the Tigers beat Alabama this year it was like winning the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world! We'll have that forever ! The play that I watch the most is the touchdown by Ross to go up by 21 .That was the end ! Love the way the Chris Fowler is surprised as Ross breaks free to
make his run and then as Ross scores he says that "Clemson strengthens it's grip on this championship game !" Classic!
