There’s no doubt. Look at Biden’s comment on the Rittenhouse verdict. He says he’s angry and confused and in the very next sentence he tells us he ran on a promise to unite us. He’s either cognitively impaired or he’s just that stupid. He had no business making an inflammatory comment like that. Was he trying to incite a riot? Just that dumb?

Earlier that day he said he hadn’t been following the trial. So his anger derives from his preconceived bias, not from knowledge of the case.

Biden is not particularly smart. He finished toward the bottom of his Syracuse Law class.

What native intelligence he had has further eroded.

Being There II starring Joe Biden runs for 3 more years. Peter Sellers played the role better.
