Shouldn't be a problem getting rid of it. USuC BOT will probably just vote to pay him $2M for it and turn it into a Spurless museum and shrine! It's about time for another load of cash from USuC to be delivered to him anyway.

Spurrier paid $1.5M. I have two friends who live on his street, and I can tell you that Spurrier's house is one of the more modest in that small, gated section of Woodcreek. You should see the house Jim McDaniel (Acura dealer) recently built about five lots down from Spurrier.

Maybe not. I was inquiring about a refi and mentioned my friend getting a good rate on a big, new house. Banker opens a screen on his computer and says, "He paid $2.5M." The house was owned by the WC developer and has every amenity you can imagine.
Any way, I mentioned that Spurrier had just moved in down the street, and he looked back at his screen and said, $1.5M." Heck, maybe he said $1.25. I'm getting old, and my good memory curse may be fading.

According to the tax assessor he paid no 1.12 million for the house and 360,000 for the empty lot beside it.
So that's almost 1.5 million.
