Tommy McNamara, who received a red card in the game against Wake Forest (the fact that it ended in a tie when Clemson played part of it a man down is pretty impressive) and had to miss the Furman game. Iain Smith played well in his absence, scoring Clemson's only goal and just missing on a couple of others, but you could tell that the loss of McNamara made a big difference.
