Brent Venables is named head coach, who does he fire immediately? I think Elliot would be out as soon as BV is announced head coach just as Dabo did with Rob Spence and Vic Koenning.

I would have to think that tony would "resign" and go for an HC job somewhere. I think Brent would go hire an OC who runs the Air Raid offense kind of like when he was back in the BIG12. I could also see him promoting coach Bates to DC.

If they somehow didnt hire brent, I could see them going after a guy like PJ Fleck or Chadwell at coastal.
