Maybe this is what you are referring to in terms of cherry picking facts:
2017–18 Clemson 25–10 11–7 T–3rd NCAA Division I Sweet 16
2018–19 Clemson 20–14 9–9 T–8th NIT Second Round
2019–20 Clemson 16–15 9–11 9th
2020–21 Clemson 16–7 10–6 T–5th
Clemson: 201–149 (.574) 95–99 (.490)
If it is, Clemson finished 3rd, 8th, 9th and 5th in the ACC over the last four years.
3rd place finish in the ACC & Sweet 16 finish
Tie for 8th in the ACC & second round NIT
9th place finish in the ACC
5th place finish in the ACC, lost first round of ACC Tournament and future results of NCAA tournament.
But this is not a true picture of Brad Brownell's full career at Clemson.

So, we have been playing basketball since 1911 and CBB has taken us to 25% of our NCAA tournaments and 25% of our sweet sixteen appearances. If I thought we would improve I would be for getting a new coach but I don't see any likelyhood of that happening. I love Clemson basketball but with few exceptions our teams seem to be similar no matter who the coach is. If there is a slam dunk hire out there who can win within the rules I'm OK with it but CBB has as good of results as anyone we have had.
