I believe he is considered the secondary returner and there for primarily his combination of speed and blocking ability to open seconadary lanes.

but he is a very good blocker and, despite lacking ideal kick return speed, he is actually very shifty with the ball in his hands. I remember him having at least a couple solid returns in the past.
