John Clayton says Bills will draft Watson

Dec 18, 2016, 2:39 PM

I know that Sammy is there, and they have some weapons but I just wish our guys would stop going to the Bills.

I honestly would rather him drop later 1st round and sit behind Aaron Rodgers for a couple years. Green Bay would be an ideal offense for Watson to run.

Problem is.. Rodgers may not retire in a "few" years.

He may be gone by Buffalo. They will have around the 11th..

pick. I hope he doesn't go to the Bills.

Team will draft up for D-Wat. Especiallly with strong finish

Dec 18, 2016, 3:21 PM

D-Wat's agent may want to consider stiff-arming Cleveland.

Sure a lot of love for a team that's been pretty pro Clemson lately....

I think that they show a lot of love for our athletes but the franchise as a whole seems to go no where. They failed to use or misused CJ and Sammy has no one to throw to him. They haven't had a good QB in years. Lawd, the list goes on......

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Exactly....so Watson should return for his senior season !!!***

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

DW could play here until he is 30.

Dec 18, 2016, 3:31 PM

The Bills and Browns will still suck and still need him at QB.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Agree. Going to Cleveland or Buffalo is giving up NFL career

Dec 18, 2016, 3:18 PM

Before it even starts. Sure Rex would pick D-Wat. Not sure Rex will be in Buffalo next month.

RIP Watson's NFL career.....

Dec 18, 2016, 3:27 PM

There are a few teams in the NFL that organizationally just suck. The Bills are one of them. The Browns are another. Watson needs the old school NFL approach where he is on a team where he gets a year or two before he is needed. The Bills will throw him in to all their suckiness and he will get the blame. Rex won't be around to see it. The GM Whaley is terrible.

I think the Saints would be a great landing spot Deshaun, sit behind Brees for a few years and play for an offensive guy in Sean Payton in a dome....

I wish he would wind up on a great team with a great franchise, but I doubt he will be around that long in the draft. That said, he is a difference maker, and he may just be charismatic enough to change the direction of a team. I just hope he is happy in is own mind wherever he lands. One thing is sure, and that is whoever gets him will be getting a great leader with the highest standards and morals. I'm just glad we have had him.
