No I'm not taking his side, what he did was wrong he could've pushed her pretty hard but not punch her in the mouth... She should've kept her hands to her self too and she wouldn't be in this postion she in.
The video is from 2014. He was suspended that whole year and paid his dues.. Why all of a sudden when he's about to enter the draft they wanna release this video!?

that Mixon was not 100% wrong. Who knows what he said to get the open-handed slap, but to retaliate with a closed fist roundhouse to a woman's head can never be justified. But I still say it's old news.....he was punished------fairly or not?

He got a redshirt that year, that's not a punishment, he didn't lose any eligibility.

Mirage 276 This is what I see most people missing---there was NO punishment. Well, any NFL team that drafts him will be scrutinized, so I certainly think it will cost him a lot of $---probably no guaranteed contract.JMO

It amazes me that you have no problem saying the female is at fault for "putting herself in the situation".....
Yet when it came to the Charlotte police shooting case you jumped to conclusions and called the cop a murderer even though Keith Scott clearly put himself in danger by brandishing a weapon and ignoring cops commands.....

Although, I believe both he and the woman deserve jail time. Neither had a right to touch the other. Of course, he deserves more jail.

She deserved some alcohol classes, possible probabation, and maybe some anger management classes. He deserved some jail time and to be booted from the team imo.

When I was younger, much younger, I had an aunt that would beat on her husband. She would beat and hit, then hit some more.
When he'd finally retaliate in some way, she'd run for the phone and call the police.
Thankful those days are about over with, the police don't just arrest the man. If a woman hits a man, they deserve the same charge as if a man hits a woman.

This is what pisses me off about people like Forever Clemson who come in here and cry about the justice system and it's treatment of blacks.
Joe Mixon should be in federal prison but you won't see anybody rioting in the streets for this poor girl will you?
I guarantee you if the skin tones were reversed Al Sharpton and BLM would be all over this case demanding that Mixon be convicted.
