Good guy, great character. We'll never forget what a great OC he was at Clemson.

But some guys aren't cut out for the top job. Whoever hires him as OC once he's gone from USF won't regret it.

Maybe we can him back in some capacity. Although, as you suggest, a coordinator position at another school may be a better career move for Jeff.

I feel bad for Jeff because he stepped into a situation where he had no talent and does not have a program that will be able to recruit difference makers.

CJS is on a six year plan. He is still building and has plenty of booster support.

Recruiting Florida should be Scott's strength... seems like he's going the portal route though
