You are be able to, and you should want to clear your name appropriately. He did't. I wold bet he couldn't. Can you imagine his lawyer allowing him to be cross examined? Neither could I. This was kind of like a "kangaroo court". So glad the girl wasn't my daughter. So is shameis.
