Per AJC, Carter was at the scene and racing with the UGA staffer in the UGA rental vehicle at up to 104MPH, per the report, her blood/alcohol level was twice the legal limit. Other UGA players most likely were involved.
This one is far from over but a question to UGA must be - what kind of culture are you promoting where this kind of thing can happen, i.e. how can a football staffer be involved and to this extent?
We at Clemson are not perfect BUT if this happened with us and, we know that this is just the tip of the iceberg at UGA, heads would roll as they should.
Just like when we had that mysterious death of the Hipp guy who was in a fraternity at Clemson at the time. There are no winners on n these situations and just worlds of pain for the families involved. I can’t even fathom what they are going through. And it was all unnecessary stupidity. Uggghhh…
