Bojangles for me for one simple reason.
I have to give props to anyone who can make a biscuit so dry, yet so buttery. I mean, how is it possible... I had a biscuit from Bo a few months ago, without any drink nearby, and I almost passed over.

Leaves that wonderful grease film on the roof of your mouth for several hours too. My favorite part.

I've only been to Biscuitville once. Somewhere in NC on the way back to Virginia from a Clemson football game. I was not impressed. The biscuits were dry and the meat, eggs, etc. were bland. I would be interested in knowing what other Tnetters think of Biscuitville.

How could a place called Biscuitville

not know how to cook them? I always give a food joint a 2nd chance, well both times they were dough in the middle. Don't they use a timer?

Good to know. I also believe in second chances, but with Bojangles and Hardees as options, I'm more likely to go to one of them than back to Biscuitville.

well known as Bojangles.
I like Bojangles, but I can do without all the Cajun spice at breakfast.

Biscuitville uses higher quality meat, bacon, pork chops, sausage etc. Their grits & hash browns are very good but some aren’t so good. Here in Clemmons they are consistently good but others I’ve been to it wasn’t so good.
I love Bojangles Cajun Chicken biscuit along with there frys with no seasoning so I can put a little salt.

But I have to say that Hardees is the most consistent biscuit and the best. I like Bojangles too. And if you want a breakfast sandwich Wendys is head and shoulders above the other fast food places.

Who is growing as a chain? Bojangles are popping up all over the South. Biscuitville not so much.

Never heard of Biscuitville. But Hardee's might give ol Bo a run for their money. But I have always loved Bojangles biscuits and tea.
