Non-stick pans....someone on here was asking

Apr 14, 2022, 8:11 AM

if anyone had a good one that they use. We bought the one below a couple of weeks ago, then just went ahead and bought a couple more. These are the best that I have ever purchased. The are heavy, but I am not throwing around food like wok style.

I own three. Love them!

Not just non-stick but they cook things really evenly.

which I haven't loved. It cooks very different. These pans have helped a lot, especially when cooking up like chicken or a larger amount of meat and you want it all basically cook at the same time/temp. These are great for that purpose.

It's when cooking meat that I've most noticed the difference

not even sure why. Before I'd pull chicken or pork chops that were still uncooked in the center and now everything comes out perfect. They seem to cook the inside of the meat and not just the outside.

I love my induction. Will look into these for sure

I went with ceramic to replace the old teflon stuff - these are very good -https://www.carawayhome.com/products/saute-pan/

I have mostly switched to aluminum all clad or cast iron for just about everything.
