a medical specialist for which I have a procedure scheduled on Wed June 29. Simple questions - what exactly does the procedure entail; is there any prep (fasting, do I take my normal meds, etc); what is the recovery/after effects; do I need someone to drive me there and bring me home; etc etc. Basic simple stuff. Last appt with this doc was in March, he covered none of this, and no one has contacted me.
After no response from Friday voice mail, I called all day today, starting at 9am. Called again at 11am, 2pm, 4 pm. No one ever answers the phone, everything goes to voice mail. Followed their instructions to the letter every time - leave name, DOB, and detailed question as to why you are calling. Repeated all of the above paragraph every time. Very specific.
They called me back at 4:50. First words out of her mouth: "Hello Mr XXXX, how can I help you?"
JFC, I wanted to reach through the phone and strangle her. And leave finger prints, just so I can be on Forensic Files.

Look man, I went over the entire embiggening procedure in full detail back in March, it’s not my transsexual Filipino secretary Felipé’s fault that you didn’t write notes. You have to be fully shaved, including the sack and taint, and make sure you clip the toenail on the donation site.

Obviously you were recording their calls and any deviation for what they say will open them up to a massive malpractice lawsuit.
