Almost everybody comes back Ross needs to come back to help himself in the draft No one including Davis needs to go out early We will Lose Both our linebackers Mario at CB Turner at FS and XT at DE Cade will come in and DJ will be better as a Jr RBs will have some experience and the O line although not elite will be much improved The other teams 6 year players are gone Even though I see us returning to the playoffs with being ACC champs I don’t think we win a playoff game unless DJ improves by a 100%

I can’t keep up with the 2020 Covid eligibility effect but I think CT and KJ will both be gone. Murphy will be back.

Well we had better be, or Dabo might be facing an Ed Orgeron type scenario that saw Ed canned just 2 years after beating Clemson in the National Championship. And the issue is not so much which players come and go; players come and go all the time ,but rather what does Dabo do to retool the offense. As T.E. said no job is safe. And that includes his. And if we want to become elite again, something needs to be dome with the "O" Line, including depth, and strength and conditioning. Yes DJ needs to improve ,but so does the coaching staff: ,i.e. offense needs to improve that same 100%.

this team might win 10 games. In a rebuilding year, thats not to bad. We'll be alot better, but we can still save this season.

No it's not. Just let N.C. State, or Wake leap to the top of the conference standings for say 2 or 3 years, or if somehow South Carolina returns to a a period where they win a few, or we start losing more of those highly sought 5 Star recruits to a surging Georgia and 10-2 or 9-3 becomes the norm. If that happens get back to me.

It's still more complicated than players coming & going.....

I DO think we'll be better next year, BUT in order to return to our 2015, 2016, 2018 years there needs to be a lot of tweaks and changes to adapt to TODAY's CFB world. Dabo recognizes the nuances of the "new age", but the question is, is he willing to ADAPT to it? OR will he continue his "get off my lawn" mentality?
We can theoretically have a great season next year on the surface facing our BAD ACC opponents, but we won't know who we are until we hit the playoffs. It's no secret how pathetic our performances have been the last 2 playoff appearances.......mostly offensively vs mediocre defenses. (with 1st overall NFL pick & a top 3 RB in the country)
Our players continuing to IMPROVE this year is a HUGE step forward and vital to next year, but it will take A LOT more than just that to reach the level we want to reach NEXT YEAR......COACHES improving included.........here's to hoping it will happen.
