Could both OSU and Michigan get in and the B1G champ

Nov 29, 2016, 7:38 PM

left out?

If Colorado beats Washington, and the PSU/Wisconsin game is just ugly...

could Michigan sneak into the 4 spot?

1. Bama
2. Clemson
3. OSU
4. Michigan

Holcutt said the margin between Washington and Michigan is razor thin

???

two teams from same division and neither won it?

Wanna know what the real problem is? OSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Penn State are completely and utterly over ranked. Their respective qualities wins and losses have come against themselves. It's horse crap!

It's just like the BCS favoring the SEC all those years.

Now it's all about the Big 10 inflating all of their rankings to make the wins and loses look better.

Yes, indeed... if Clemson and Washington want in, then

Nov 29, 2016, 8:07 PM

they have to win. Meanwhile, Ohio State and Michigan just sit and wait. Clemson and/or Washington could be punished for playing in their Conference Championship games... while Michigan and Ohio State stand to be rewarded for NOT playing in theirs.

I said a month ago that this was the fallacy of the CFP system. Either REQUIRE the playoff teams to win their conference championships, or just count the regular season.

Michigan has basically no shot.***
