before I did the same. Also, in case you need a feather for your cap it indeed was not just a fuse. It was some part behind said fuse. Some relay or something $164.

I’m my experience 99% of the time a blown fuse isn’t the issue but the symptom.

20 years or so. The last one was in my house built in 2016. In 2020, the breaker would randomly trip with a very light, o no load on it. I replaced it with another breaker of the same amperage, and it didn't trip again for the 6 months I lived there.
I've had the same thing happen with probably 5-6 GFCI outlets. 2 of those were bad out of the box.

Those large inline fuses by the master shutoff by the outside heat pump unit. Those don’t go bad.
If you’re talking about Chinese made breakers, yeah it’s a crap shoot, especially the builder grade stuff

that blew. Dude one could not/didn't try very hard to find what caused the fuse to blow. At that point in time, nothing was working outside.
Yesterday, the fan would run if I moved the switch on the thermostat to on. The thermostat would also try to click on but no results. The new fuse showed signs of stress, one side had started melting. Sadly, I didn't catch the name of the part and the receipt didn't have it. This wasn't exactly the breaker.
