Difference of opinions

Y'all gotta understand that Clemson fans/grads are not a monolith. People's life experiences and backgrounds and understandings of the world lend to differences in opinion. Yet when someone posts an opinion here that goes against what the norm/what they want to hear, folks seem to lose their minds.

There are posts complaining about Tillman and the Honors College being renamed getting upvoted, but people are admonished for wanting to support the players, or arguing (as I did, and was deleted) that the university should very well be renamed. That sounds like an echo chamber to me.

I know the forum has rules, that the 1st Amendment doesn't necessarily apply here. At the same time, if you see an opinion that is different than yours--try to understand it. Simply panning it as "trolling" cannot be good enough.

This is a Clemson Football board. Your post is not Clemson football related. The MODS have been kind enough to create forums for just this sort of post. Please either leave or post on the correct forum.
