everything would be legal and the protection of life and property would fall to personal responsibility and voluntary cooperation.
But we don't live in a free country. If this ruling goes through, it will be the right ruling, based on the supposed structure of the government, and the ability of the states to make decisions on how to protect life. I support decentralization to the level of each individual, and so I'm glad that a little bit of decentralization is potentially happening.
Also, the people involved in the conspiracy to leak this internal communications have committed actual crimes against the Constitution. Personally I don't care for the Constitution that much but again, we live in country that supposedly is governed by the Constitution. I'm not holding my breath on their prosecution though.

That’s a true statement about children BUT you’re never going to get everyone to agree about when an embryo is actually a child/baby. I am a woman and I am pro-choice. To me that doesn’t make me PRO-abortion. I’m not. I feel every woman should have that choice but I would hope the choice would be to keep the baby or give up for adoption. There are so many people that would love to be able to adopt a baby.
These ridiculous state laws that don’t allow abortion in cases of rape and molestation are unbelievable to me. Just sickening. You’re victimizing the victim once again and it’s probably men making these laws which once again is a joke.
