those neighborhoods. If you're seen even speaking to the cops... you're next. I'm sure everybody has watched First 48 or similar shows. They go knocking door-to-door for witnesses... nope, nobody saw anything and slam the door in their face. I remember one episode where the black detective in Dallas says... there were at least 150 people in the park that night, but nobody saw nothing.
He's done well, by the way, I see him on some Cold Case documentaries. Can't think of his name...
