It is what you have made it, or what you are going to make it. I heard " it is what it is" too many times during my career, and it burned me up every time. I worked doubly hard to make it what I wanted it to be. No excuses, no giving up, no prisoners.

Thanks, my career was in construction. I lost a few battles, but I won a lot more than I lost. Thanks Clemson for the education and the exposure to what is in those hills.
