He would do a good job. The problem with Pence is that he would go about the business of running the country while not trying to ruffle feathers and make the news every night. In other words he would just do his job. America would not stand for that.

His writing an op-ed in 2001 claiming cigarettes to do not kill people, and his support for gay conversion therapy while governor of Indiana, are two good reasons he can not be trusted to sign policy into law.

If I thought he could separate his faith from his politics…maybe…but I don’t think he can or would even want to. I don’t care what anyone believes and how they choose to live their personal lives…but some evangelicals can’t help but to try and enforce their Christian Authoritarianism on everyone. No thanks.

The typical candidates for President from both Republicans

and Democrats are clones of each Party's establishment inner circle. The candidates are typically career politicians who haven't worked a real job outside of politics since their youth. This is why we continually get candidates that are completely out of touch with the majority of America. These people have lived in a bubble of the protected elitist class and no matter what garbage comes out of their mouths are as trustworthy as Mexican tap water.
For me, most elections boil down to which candidate I think will bring less Government intrusion into our daily lives and who will do less harm to our individual liberty. Unfortunately, neither Party seems to offer much of that these days.
