New coach, things looking bleak early, bang zoom to the moon. I wasn’t one of the posters ready to give up on the team 2 months ago, but if you come on this board and say you knew they were gonna win 40 and be in the top 10 by seasons end, Imma tell you you’re a liar. I love watching this team go tigers!!

I expected big things from Bakich. I even called for us to make it to a super this year (but not host). Even with those lofty, unrealistic expectations, he has exceeded my hopes and dreams. I have been a clemson baseball fan for 35 years. I have seen us have hands down the best team in college baseball at least twice, and come up short in Omaha. I'm cool with us winning it all when nobody expected it.

2 1/2 weeks ago the State News paper was talking about us going to the chicken regional in Columbia!
It’s been a great 2 1/2 weeks as the crow flys!
Go Tigers! The Gamecocks will end up at Coastal or Clemson regional lol 😂🤣
They’ll get bounced too!

To even come to our regional. They’re gonna be one of the top 2 seeds, like 18 or 19 overall, they won’t send that high a 2 seed to a top 8 team’s regional. They’ll end up going to a 13 or 14 seed’s regional.

In previous post from very early on I was was just hoping that you would see improvement as the season went on. No I did not expect 40. Been fun to watch. GO TIGERS!
