It was a joke, but turns out to be true

I made an extreme remark I did not expect to be true yesterday - that states like CA and NY would be flying in women to have their babies killed.
Wow, turns out to be true for CA.
"The report recommends funding — including public spending — to support patients seeking abortion for travel expenses such as gas, lodging, transportation and child care. It asks lawmakers to reimburse abortion providers for services to those who can’t afford to pay — including those who travel to California from other states whose income is low enough that they would qualify for state-funded abortions under Medicaid if they lived there."
What next - fly in Antifa and BLM protestors for mostly peaceful protests? Good judgment there in Cali!

(AP) — With more than two dozen states poised to ban abortion if the U.S. Supreme Court gives them the OK next year, California clinics and their allies in the state Legislature on Wednesday revealed a plan to make the state a “sanctuary" for those seeking reproductive care, including possibly paying for travel, lodging and procedures for people from other states.

I am not seeing where California is paying the airfare of pregnant women seeking an abortion, but OK. And a a fetus is not a baby, the Supreme court did not change this definition. Until a Fetus can live outside of the Mother's body on its own, it is not considered a baby and has no rights, per federal law. Texas can try to execute someone over this if they like, but it will just end up in the supreme court, again.

Re: It was a joke ... not a funny or snarky question here

I'm providing a cut-and-paste excerpt from a Oct. 20, 2016 Forbes Magazine article (which, BTW and typical of Forbes, is anti-DJT).
One topic in this article is late term abortion practice (aka Dilation & Extraction procedure) in which the ###### is dilated and then the baby is aborted as it's being removed from the ######.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Further, most states don’t allow late-term abortions: just eight states and Washington, D.C., have no restrictions on abortion timing, and the rest have restrictions and other regulations in place. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Does anyone here know whether there are still 8 states (plus D.C.) that allow D&E procedures?
If this is still state / district law, then are there statutory restraints about whether the D&E can only be performed if (a) the mother's life is at risk or (b) the baby is hopeless 'unhealthy' and can't live outside of the mother's womb?
This isn't intended as a snarky or 'gotcha' question.

I tried to make it easy by actually pasting the relevant quote into the post. Did you read the quote in my post. It's from the article and says they will reimburse travel costs.

Re: What's up with all the ugly women who hate coat hangers?

Are they mad at their belly button sweat stains on their Planned Parenthood t-shirts show up too easily when they use coat hangers?
And why is it that it's the ugly women hate coat hangers so much?

step up and make it happen for people. California is an obvious choice. Just like banning guns doesn’t stop gun crime, this legislation won’t stop abortions
