Basically just need to verify the person in the photo is the person standing in front of them…gender is certainly a clue that they have the right person…but it’s actually so difficult to tell these days that the ‘X’ may actually be more helpful than not.

You have to have your birth certificate and a title search on all your marriages. Marriage licenses and divorce decrees.

But for gender you can choose smegma.
