I just saw one I think. Palmetto tree on the left. NC logo on the right. Person had a very low number.

I'm thinking if that is it, that it could be an early release for certain people like board members, administration, etc. I did see it just outside of Columbia.

making all the specialty plates look the same with specialty logo on the left and red and blue lines at the top. That's why I don't like any of them with those red and blue lines including the current paw one. Too many colors. SC has way too many plates and it's been confusing for patrol so they were trying to give them a more uniform look.

Don't they all have big bold letters? What's confusing about that for patrolmen?

Having said that, SCDMV hasn't posted it yet, so this is just an eyewitness account for now.

Here's a pic. Could the person have just put a sticker on the right side? Never have seen a plate like that. I couldn't read the top line either
