No one has accused DW4 of anything even close to criminal - no rape, violence, illegal drugs...nothing at all. He's not even married, so there's no adultery.
Then there is the civil side where the lawsuit was filed (which, to me, is strange - usually the civil suit follows a criminal conviction).
Massage parlors are all over Houston. While technically they are illegal if used for prostitution (which, of course, is why they exist), no one even considers closing them except right before an election when the current mayor has the police do a sweep and closes them for a couple of days to give the appearance of caring. Otherwise, just like the ladies of the evening who work South Main Street, they're wide open 24 hours a day. The world's oldest profession thrives in southeast Texas.
So DW4 frequents massage parlors (and "frequents" is a big word, maybe "has visited" is better terminology). Big deal. He's a normal, single, 25-year old man with piles of money. The only thing in question here is what he "may" have said. Believe me, I'm the first to say that men have way overstepped the boundaries when it comes to sexual comments and certainly in most environments it is 100% inappropriate. However, from what I read in the text of the lawsuit, the supposed comments he made didn't seem unusual given the situation. In fact, I would think they're almost expected. And that's IF he even said them.
I have a hard time thinking a judge would even allow this lawsuit to continue especially since over the years many judges in Houston have been known to take advantage of "massage" services themselves.
