He is in a good position with outstanding games over Wake Forest and South Carolina.

I think a lot of weight will be put on conference championship game performances. If he blows it up and we win, then barring 3 more 200 yard games from Derrick Henry, I think they would give it to Deshaun Watson. However, the last 5 Heismans have gone to QBs and other than Cam Newton, the other 4 would probably have more passing yards than Deshaun will end up with. The last RB to win it was Mark Ingram and Derrick Henry's stats today are better than his were when he won. So it will definitely be close and will come down to these last few performances.

If Henry has a subpar game against Florida in the SECCG and Watson looks great in front of a national TV audience against a top 10 UNCheat team in Charlotte, then he has a decent chance at the Heisman. Florida's D is excellent, so it is possible. The chips have to fall into place for all of this to happen.
Oh, and he needs to destroy WF and the coots.

Agree with everything you said , except that Florida has an excellent defense .
Have they played anyone with an offensive pulse ?
They , in my opinion are clearly the most overrated Top 10 team in the country ...with Iowa and OKSt a close 2nd and 3rd .
Alabama will beat the brakes off of the Gators .

He needs to finish really strong , and of course unbeaten .
Henry is the clear fromtrunner in everyone's mind right now , but if Bama were to struggle or lose a second game I think Deshaun Watson might take it .

I would guess that the Al rb, Henry, is in the lead and Watson is probably in top 2 or 3.
